As a leading investor and owner-operator in both public and private markets, we look to meet the needs of our stakeholders by fostering long-term relationships which aim to deliver positive outcomes. 

Since the launch of our first strategy in 1971, we now manage over €85.8bn* in private assets, across Real Assets and Private Credit. We aim to provide pension schemes, institutional, and wealth clients with a range of solutions that may be suited to their investment objectives. We invest our own balance sheet capital alongside these third-parties, establishing assets and originating opportunities.

Through a solutions‑first approach in partnership with our public credit team and select third-parties, our Private Credit platform spans private corporate and alternative debt, real estate debt and infrastructure debt. Our focus is disciplined lending to investment‑grade corporates and public sector borrowers representing core social and economic infrastructure in the UK, Europe and the US.
