About investment risk
Our investment strategies target investments in non-fixed price assets like currencies and securities (foreign bonds and shares) through foreign investment trusts and the like. Such securities mainly carry the following risks; as a result, there is no guarantee of the investment principal or of a fixed result and the contract asset can diminish the investment principal. Furthermore, the risks listed below are only examples of the risks inherent in contract assets and are not exhaustive. Investors bear all gains and losses from investment.
Price fluctuation risk: The risk of losses arising from price fluctuations in securities
Exchange rate risk: The risk of losses arising from fluctuations in foreign exchange rates
Credit risk: The risk of losses arising from changes in the issuer’s operational or financial circumstances and attendant changes in external valuations

Fees
Fees borne by our clients as part of our financial products trading business include: fees for our services, security trading fees and custody expenses, among others. Our clients shall bear the fund management fees, custody and audit expenses and other operational charges associated with the management of foreign investment trusts (‘funds’), including the fees charged by each fund in multi-manager funds. Such fees vary according to the contract details of each client, the invested amount and individual management strategy. As such, we can provide no indication of the rate or maximum amount.
